Mina Sirkin has represented Los Angeles County families, executors, trustees, and professional fiduciaries in probate, trust, and conservatorship matters for over 29 years. Her practice spans contested probate litigation, title disputes on estate property, trust administration, and representation of professional fiduciaries before the Los Angeles Superior Court.
She regularly advises on Probate Code Section 850 petitions to resolve disputed property ownership, spousal property petitions, Heggstad petitions, and disputes that arise when a trust or estate is contested by an heir or beneficiary. Mina is also an advocate for resolving probate and trust disputes through mediation and the Los Angeles Superior Court's Settlement Officer Program before matters proceed to trial.

Evan R. Sirkin co-founded Sirkin Law Group, PC in 1993 alongside Mina Sirkin and has practiced California law since 1990. He focuses on estate planning, living trusts, trust administration, and special needs trust planning, and handles the firm's transactional and business matters.
A trained mediator, Evan is often called on to help resolve trust and estate disputes before they reach a courtroom. He holds a B.A. in History and Psychology from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and has volunteered his time with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles Superior Court's small claims and traffic court programs.
